1. In 2025, the Indian government will implement a welfare bonus adjustment for all employed financial personnel. Newly employed employees will receive an additional one-time salary equivalent to one month’s wages (maximum of 25,000 Rupees).

2. Additionally, employees who have been employed for more than three months will receive an extra one-time salary equivalent to one month’s wages (maximum of 35,000 Rupees). Submission of the relevant documents must be completed by December 20th in order to qualify for the respective welfare bonus.

3. Please visit https://www.incometax.gov.in to download and submit the completed relevant documents. Financial personnel who fail to submit within the specified deadline will be deemed to have automatically forfeited the benefit.
